AI chat assistant
The Full Court Press AI chat assistant is provided for general business, revenue growth, AI visibility, go-to-market, and commercial advisory questions only. It does not provide medical, mental health, crisis intervention, emergency, legal, financial, tax, investment, compliance, or other regulated professional advice.
Do not use the AI chat assistant for emergencies, self-harm, threats, violence, personal crisis support, or any situation where you or someone else may be in danger. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call emergency services now or go to the nearest emergency department.
When the assistant detects personal-distress language, it may provide a fixed revenue-growth-only notice and end the chat. Self-harm, threats, violence, or immediate-danger language may receive a fixed emergency handoff. These triggers may create a durable access ban keyed by a one-way hash of the network address supplied by the hosting provider. The ban remains until authorised manual removal. This is a safety and scope boundary, not a crisis support service, counselling service, monitoring service, or emergency response service.
Full Court Press does not store chat messages or chat transcripts. The chat may process message content only to operate the assistant, apply safety and scope boundaries, and generate a website-grounded response.
Please do not submit confidential, personal, medical, crisis, regulated, or third-party sensitive information through the AI chat assistant. AI-generated answers may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as the sole basis for business, legal, medical, financial, or operational decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, Full Court Press is not liable for any loss, damage, action, omission, or decision arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the AI chat assistant or its responses.

Diagnostic tools
Full Court Press diagnostic tools, scorecards, calculators, checklists, and related readouts are designed to help identify possible commercial constraints and useful next questions. They may cover areas including go-to-market readiness, digital presence, restaurant diagnostics, market readiness, AI search visibility, and agentic readiness.
Diagnostic results are informational and directional. They are based on the inputs provided, the scoring logic used at the time, and the assumptions stated or implied by the tool. They do not guarantee a business outcome, ranking outcome, revenue result, search result, AI citation, customer response, funding result, or operational improvement.
Submitting a diagnostic does not create an advisory engagement, client relationship, exclusivity arrangement, or obligation for Full Court Press to provide services. Any paid engagement requires separate written agreement.
Important: Diagnostic outputs should be read as triage and decision-support material. They are not a final audit, legal advice, financial advice, technical assurance, or a promise that a particular action will produce a specific result.
