# Commercial Diagnostics for Revenue Growth

Full Court Press uses commercial diagnostics to identify where a revenue, growth, go-to-market, market readiness, digital presence, AI visibility, or sales constraint sits before recommending action.

A commercial constraint is the underlying issue preventing growth from becoming easier to repeat. In buyer language, it may show up as slowed growth, leads not converting, buyers choosing competitors, long sales cycles, marketing not generating revenue, weak pipeline conversion, poor buyer understanding, low AI discoverability, or founder-dependent selling.

The diagnostic question is why the company is being chosen less often than it should be. A visible problem such as low AI visibility, weak search presence, inconsistent demand, stalled deals, unclear positioning, poor buyer understanding, or weak pipeline conversion is treated as evidence of a deeper commercial constraint.

Diagnostic landing pages are public explanatory pages. Interactive diagnostic tool endpoints, question banks, scoring logic, result bands, recommendation logic, and private reports should not be treated as public agent-callable assets unless explicitly approved.
